IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE BIFROST RANGE:

Due to the unique method of printing a minimum number of orders is required, if this minimum is not met (30 pieces of the same design, eg: solid bifrost)  the order window will be extended until it has been reached.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have order windows for printing, think of this as like a pre-order timeframe. Once the window closes we send all of the orders down to our print room and get started.

  • It keeps costs down for you, as you get bulk printing pricing instead of individual pricing.
  • You're helping to reduce over-production, which also means you're helping the environment by producing less wastage.
  • As all items are non-stock products it can be a little slower as we have to wait for order windows to close before sending to print.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are sent to our print room when the order window closes, this then means blank stock is ordered, everything is prepped ready for printing and when the stock arrives the printing begins!

This takes a few days from start to finish. After this, you’ll get an email to tell you that the order is ready to collect or be shipped.

A SIDE NOTE

As nothing is held in stock were are at the mercy of our suppliers, and although we try our best to keep information up to date there may sometimes (rarely) be a shortage or delay.

If there is a problem with us getting the blank stock we will let you know as soon as possibl so you can pick an alternative or wait until we can get the stock if you’re happy.
