WEBSTORE Returns & Refunds Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for stock items and 14 days for made to order items.
If 14/30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Made to order items are only eligible for refund or return if faulty or damaged and is at the discretion of examination.
For stock items to be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In some cases a partial refund may be offered.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or nominated bank/paypal account, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
It’s worth noting that if you paid via a virtual card on your phone, the cards generate a unique number different to it’s physical card and it can be some time before refunds show up in the connected bank account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stickyinkstudios@gmail.com and send your item to: 43 Albany Street, Newport. NP20 5NG.

Late or missing refunds

To return your product, you should mail or drop in your product to: 43 Albany Street, Newport. NP20 5NG.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
