    We want to get back to you, set up your order and get it printed and sent out to you as fast as possible, and to do this the more information we have at the quote stage the quicker we can work.

    In an ideal situation we’d like to have print ready artwork and mockups provided before we quote, and any garment specifics of brand, style, colours, quantities, print positions, sizes and ink colours. Basically there’s never a thing called too much detail. But we understand that you may not have all of this yet – and we are here to help.

    We can make visual proofs, help with garment choice/budgeting and any other aspect you need. Just tell us as much as you possibly can at this stage and we can get everything rolling asap.

    As we’re only a team of two, we try to get back to everyone within a few hours, but it can be up to 24 hours if we’re really busy. Even though we are closed on weekends we still try to get back to any email requests as soon as we’re able.
